One-on-One Training

Whether you are an elite athlete wanting to improve performance or 80 years old wanting to stay living at home, we can empower you with the tools you need to succeed. Starting with one-on-one sessions is an integral part of your success. You will set short and long-term goals and commit to a plan to achieve them. We will help you address our 5 pillars of health (Functional Fitness, Breath, Sleep, Nutrition, Community) focusing on the areas you would like to optimize. During these sessions you will learn 35-40 key movements. You will build strength, speed, power, stamina. You will develop better body awareness and will learn about injury prevention. We will familiarize you with our basic diet/nutrition philosophy and work with you at your pace and desires.

We have found that the average person requires 12-20 hours before they are physically and mentally ready to join group classes. Graduation into group classes is less a function of fitness and more a function of mobility, coachability and the ability to learn new skills.
