Group Fitness Classes

Once you graduate from One-on-One training to group classes we will complete an In-Body assessment. This gives you a baseline of lean body mass and fat mass providing an objective measure of your progress.

The social environment will give you a different sort of push, and will help you reach new heights of fitness. Community is one of our 5 pillars of health.

At the same time, you will continue to work with your Coach for Life on specific limitations in a one-on-one environment weekly, bi-weekly, or every 6 weeks options until you reach the maintenance stage of a quarterly check-in. (our goal for everyone).

Class Schedule

Classes start at the following times:

Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday
  • 5:30am
  • 6:30am
  • 9:00am
  • 5:00pm
  • 6:00pm
  • 9:00am
  • Check with your coach

To ensure your safety and success, while offering the most optimal experience for our tribe members, it is required you graduate from one-on-one sessions before joining group classes.

Out of Town Drop-ins are welcome. $25.00 per class.
